How long does the course take to complete?
The course takes about 4 hours to complete. You will watch a learning module followed by a filmed group discussion from a variety of professionals working in areas such as nursing, social work, psychology, health and wellness, fire and emergency services etc.
What will I need to complete the course?
To create your self-care plan, you'll need to be able to use the internet and have a printer to print out the necessary worksheets.
